Based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire’s county town, Layzell offers a proactive service to Landlords and Tenants. We specialise in Residential Lettings and Property Management. We can also help you find and buy a property for investment. With over 25 years’ experience in the housing industry, we’re here to help you enter today’s rental market.
We offer guidance and a range of services which has helped us build our current portfolio of properties. Our current properties are in Trowbridge, Bradford on Avon, Devizes, Melksham, Westbury and Frome, as well as surrounding villages, including Hilperton, Staverton and North Bradley.
You’ll find us approachable, enthusiastic and keen to provide a personal service. Whether you are new to the rental market or would like a new fresh service we work individually with you. As members of UKALA, the regulatory body of letting agents, we are required to follow a strict code of practice.
Layzell is a member of the Property Ombudsman and holds Client Money Protection via Let Alliance.

Layzell was formed 13 years ago after I worked for other estate agents for the previous 10 years. I wanted to offer a hands-on, personal service – which I hadn’t experienced when employed.
I worked from home when the company began, but my portfolio of properties soon grew through word of mouth.
I introduced block management back in 2010 following requests from my flat-owning Landlords. The office on Duke Street opened in 2013 where I have 3 members of staff who keep the plates spinning!
As the owner of the business, I have an invested interest to ensure that everyone is looked after. We enjoy a challenge and now offer open space management too.
