We’ll help you find your next home. Talk to us about your property requirements and we’ll find you a quality property at an affordable rental.
View a property – We accompany you when you view a property at a time to suit. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions.
Reserve your home – Once you’ve decided on the right property for you, you’ll need to pay the holding deposit. This allows us to ‘hold’ the property for you while we obtain references and compile all necessary paperwork work in time for you to move in. At this point we will be issued with all compliance documents, confirming that the property is safe.
Fees – Our fees are individually structured and very competitive.
References – We’ll sit down with you and record all the information we need to apply for references. We’ll require your employer’s details and those of your landlord/agent if you are currently renting. A credit insight and character reference will also be required.
Your deposit – A security deposit is required, equal to five weeks’ rent unless otherwise stated. Your deposit is safeguarded with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS).
Handover and checkout – We will meet you at the property to complete the handover and property demonstration, check the inventory and take meter readings. When you vacate the property, we’ll check the property against the inventory and discuss releasing your deposit.
