View a property – we accompany you when you view a property, at a time to suit. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions.
Reserve your home – once you’ve decided on the right property, you’ll need to reserve it and pay a reservation fee. This allows us to ‘hold’ the property for you while we obtain references and compile all necessary paperwork work, in time for you to move in.
Fees – our fees are individually structured and very competitive.
References – we’ll sit down with you and record all the information we need to apply for references. We’ll require your employer’s details and those of your landlord/agent if you are currently renting. A credit check and character reference will also be required.
Your deposit – a dilapidations deposit is required, normally equal to one month’s rent unless otherwise stated. Your deposit is safeguarded with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS).
Handover and checkout – we meet you at the property to complete the handover and property demonstration, check the inventory and take meter readings. The necessary safety certificates will be issued to you. When you vacate the property, we’ll check the property against the inventory and discuss releasing your deposit.
