We can deal with mixed-use developments and open space management – we enjoy a challenge!
We expanded the rental side of our business 17 years ago due to requests from our flat-owning Landlords who were unhappy with their current managing company or freeholder. We have found that this was normally due to the remoteness of the agent/freeholder and unrealistic charges.
With over 15 years of experience in property lettings, block management was a natural progression to the business and a further service to offer leaseholders.
Right To Manage (RTM)
Right to Manage is the right of leaseholders to take over the management of their block of flats. The right was created by the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.
