Arranging and conducting viewings – All viewings are accompanied at a time to suit everyone.

Referencing tenants – Referencing the tenant is completed in house including a credit check.

Preparing the contracts and inventory – In-depth documents are drawn up.  Photographs are included as part of the inventory.

Setting up standing orders and informing utilities – We arrange this for tenants ensuring this is covered for you.

Handover and property demonstration – We meet the tenants at the property on the day they move in, inform them about how things will work and sign off the inventory.

Visiting – Regular visits are arranged and a detailed report sent to you.

Rent collection – We monitor every rent payment and send a statement to you.
